At this training, you will learn how to:
– Start spiritual conversations with others
– Share your story and the Gospel with others

There are several upcoming opportunities to support The Fold Children’s Home operated by Paul and Micky Prince in South Africa. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for the following events:
October 15 – Lunch and Auction
12 p.m. at the BA Campus
Lunch provided; no cost but donations will be accepted. An auction and a silent auction will be held in the Fellowship Hall. There will some great gift baskets donated by Cedar Ridge ABF classes and Ridge Groups, as well a silent auction for many goods and services and several items from South Africa. Large ticket items include dinner and overnight accommodations plus a lake excursion at Lake Eufala, a side of beef, a $300 gift certificate from Arbor Masters, and more.
** ABF classes, Journey Groups, and individuals/families are encouraged to support The Fold by putting together ‘theme baskets’ that will be auctioned at the event. Donations of services or single items will also be appreciated. Items should be turned in the the church office between October 1 – 13.
October 28 – Hayride & Bonfire
6 – 9 p.m. @ the Stunkard’s place in Bixby
Fun for the whole family: free hot dogs and drinks, a live band, hayrides, and a bonfire. Bring your own lawn chairs. Donations accepted.

Middle School Mission Trip
October 19-21, 2017
For all Middle School students (grades 6-8): don’t miss this awesome time of service and fun together. We’ll be traveling to Houston, TX during fall break, October 19-21, to assist in the effort to clean out homes that have been flooded from Hurricane Harvey. We will end our trip by stopping by Six Flags in Dallas before heading home.
- Depart at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 19
**Coweta and Sapulpa students: meet at your campuses at 7:30 a.m.
- Return Saturday, October 21, at approximately 11:30 p.m.
- We’ll be staying in churches in Houston on Thursday night and in the Dallas area on Friday night
- Cost: $85 if registered and paid for by October 15 ($100 after October 15) plus money for 4 meals and optional spending money while at Six Flags
- Firewood Hours: students who have worked “firewood” hours will be able to use these funds to pay for up to half of the MS Mission Trip

The Cedar Ridge student ministry manages and maintains Impact Firewood to support various mission efforts sponsored by our student ministry. Impact Firewood offers ricks of seasoned, mixed hardwoods (mostly oak) and ricks of seasoned pecan.
Impact Firewood will be open this fall for delivery and pick-up orders on the four Saturdays listed below. A maximum of 16 ricks will be delivered per Saturday. Our delivery schedule will fill up fast so don’t delay…place your order today!

International Disaster Emergency Service works in partnership with Christ’s servants around the globe to care for victims of tropical storms (hurricanes, typhoons and cyclones), floods, fires, earthquakes, tornadoes, monsoons, landslides, drought, hail, and windstorms. Assistance includes the distribution of food, building supplies, water, bedding, cookware and other essentials; repairs to damaged homes and church buildings; storage sheds for victims of U.S. disasters; and replacement of essential items which were destroyed.
