How Can You Help?
Last year’s Craft Fair was a big success with many outside vendors and lots of shoppers! We’re expecting a great turnout this year as well. There are several ways that you can help with this year’s event including cooking/prepping lunch items, helping vendors set-up/take down items, and providing items for the bake sale.
Friday, October 11 │ 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Help in the kitchen as we cook/prepare lunch items that will be sold at the Craft Fair. Come and go anytime during the day and stay for an hour or as long as you can.
Friday, October 11 │ 4 – 8 p.m.
Be onsite at the BA Campus to help vendors bring their crafts/goods into the building
Saturday, October 12 │ 3 – 5 p.m.
Help vendors take things to their trailers and help re-set the building for church the next day
We are looking for baked goods (cookies, cakes, pies, bread…) to sell at the craft fair. Donations of any type of homemade baked goods will be appreciated. All proceeds support projects of the Girlfriends INC Women’s Ministry. If you would like to help in this way, please deliver your items to the church anytime from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday, October 11. Please make sure all items are wrapped to sell (no personal containers).
