PLEASE NOTE:  If registering as a Couple or Family, only 1 person per family/couple needs to register. Families will be asked to give a total number and gender breakdown.

Enjoy a fun-filled family weekend (Friday-Saturday) at Sunset Bible Camp. Family Camp is designed to allow our Cedar Ridge family to get away for an overnight adventure, have a shared experience and enjoy all the elements that Sunset has to offer. There will be swimming, s’mores around the campfire, late night activities, rock-climbing/rappelling, games, crafts, worship and so much more.

Cost includes: Lodging, Activities, 3 meals, (& T-shirts if registered by Aug. 1st)

Cost Breakdown:
Early Bird Pricing:
Single Person $45
Family of 2 to 3 People attending: $65
Family of 4 or more attending: $75

Dates for Price Increase:
After July 17 (3-weeks out):
Single Person: $55 ($10 increase)
Couple: $80 ($15 increase)
Family: $95 ($20 Increase)

After July 31st (Week of):
Single Person: $65 ($20 Increase), Couple $90 ($25 increase), Family: $105 ($30 Increase)

Registration Closes: Aug. 4th

Lodging:

Men and boys will sleep in the men’s cabins; women and girls will sleep in the women’s cabins. Please plan on having a same-sex guardian for all minor children. Limited private accommodations are available on a first-come/first-served basis. In addition, there are a handful of RV hookups. T-Shirts

Family Camp t-shirts are included with your registration. Be sure to indicate how many of each size you’d like for your family. Sizes range from Youth: small, medium, and large to Adult: small, medium, large, X-large, and 2X.

*First 4 Rookie families to sign up (i.e. Have not been to Family Camp with us in the past 2 years) will receive a bonus T-shirts.

Schedule

Friday:
Check-in starting at 5:00-6:30 (In Dining Hall)
6:30- Dinner (Hot Dogs, Tater Tots, and cookies)
7:30 – Late Night Activities (Ex: Late Night Swim, Extreme S’Mores Bar around campfire, corn-hole, optional movie

Saturday: (Breakfast, Lunch & end before Dinner)
8:30 – Breakfast (Come & Go) French Toast Sticks and sausage biscuit, and fruit
9:30 – Worship & Family Devo
-Group Photo after Worship & Devo
10:30 – Family Activities – Various guided stations/activities for families to do together
Noon – Lunch (Sandwiches / Chips / Dessert)
1:00 – 4:00 -Pool open, Lake, fishing, Rock Wall, Zip-line at lake,
4:00 – Clean up/Pack Up/Clean Dorms
4:30-ish – Closing Prayer Circle (Pavillion)

What to bring to camp
Clothes (old clothes, shoes, swimsuits are best)
Swimsuits (ladies 1 piece or T-shirt over 2 piece)
Bedding (Sleeping bag or sheets for twin mattress)
Pillow
Toiletries
Towel
Sunscreen
Bug Repellant
Flashlight
Camera (for pictures if you want them)

Fishing pole and tackle if you want to fish
