On Promotion Sunday, children and students at all campuses will join their new groups based on the grades they are entering this fall.
BROKEN ARROW CAMPUS
- Ridge Kids Early Childhood (Nursery – Pre-K):
- Nursery/Toddlers (newborns – walkers) – purple room
- 2 year old class – green room
- 3, 4 & 5 year old class – blue room
- Special schedule for students starting Kindergarten this fall:
- Drop off in the Early Childhood area as normal. We will have a short “celebration” with their friends and each student will receive a small gift and a graduation certificate. Marcia will then walk the Kindergartners over to their new classroom in the Ridge Kids Elementary building to meet their teacher(s) and become familiar with their new location.
- 10:30 service only…When church is over, parents should pick up their child from the Kindergarten classroom in the Ridge Kids Elementary building. This room is to the left of the check-in station. (9:00 am service, we will bring the kids back over for pick up in the early childhood area.)
- Ridge Kids Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th grade)
- Check in at Ridge Kids Guest Services, then go directly to your new class.
- Kindergarten
- 1st – 2nd grade
- 3rd – 4th grade
- 5th grade – (9:00 am – 5th grade students go upstairs. If they need help finding it they can ask at the check-in desk).
- Check in at Ridge Kids Guest Services, then go directly to your new class.
- Ridge Student Ministry (6th – 12th grade)
- MS (6th-8th grade) & HS (9th-12th grade): attend the 9:00 a.m. Worship Service in the Worship Center (or serve somewhere). At 10:30 a.m. meet in the Ridge Student Center auditorium for our large group gathering (small groups will resume in the fall).
COWETA CAMPUS
- Ridge Kids Children’s Ministry: check-in at Ridge Kids Guest Services, then go to your new class.
- Early Childhood
- Nursery (0-12 months)
- 1 & 2 year old class
- 3 – 5 year old class
- Elementary
- Kindergarten – 1st grade
- 2nd – 3rd Grade
- 4th – 5th grade
- Early Childhood
- Ridge Student Ministry (6th – 12th grade)
- MS Students (6th-8th grade): meet in the Worship Center for a time of worship; then hang out together, catch up on what’s happening in our Student Ministry, share news about any upcoming events, and learn from God’s word in the student classroom.
- HS Students (9th-12th grade): students are encouraged to attend the Worship Service or serve in some capacity during one of the morning Worship Services.
