RIDGE Student Ministry exists to help others follow Jesus. We do this by meeting together on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. We offer programming for Middle School (6th-8th grade) and High School (9th-12th grade).   • 10:30 a.m. Middle School students (6-8th grade) meet together

RSM Wednesday Night Hangouts

RSM Wednesday Night Hangouts take place at Various Sno Cone stands around town from 7:00-8:00 in the Summer on the the Wednesday Nights that we are in town (aka: not gone for camps or trips, or holidays).

The dates for RSM Wed Night Hangouts are:

July 13th
July 20th

Students will need to bring money for sno cones and possibly a chair to sit in if they’d like.

“CRASH” – Summer Edition for HS Students

May 6th, 2022|

CRASH is the summer programming for our Ridge Student Ministry high school students (9th-12th grade). It consists of hanging out at various homes and, depending on what the host home has to offer, we will eat, swim, play volleyball, corn-hole, ping-pong, video games, etc. Each CRASH night will end with a student-led devo or testimony.

CRASH will take place on the Sundays 5:30 – 7:30 pm on the nights that our Student Ministry is in town(AKA: not at a camps, MOVE, holidays) at the locations listed below.

Family Camp – August 5 & 6, 2022

PLEASE NOTE:  If registering as a Couple or Family, only 1 person per family/couple needs to register. Families will be asked to give a total number and gender breakdown.

Enjoy a fun-filled family weekend (Friday-Saturday) at Sunset Bible Camp. Family Camp is designed to allow our Cedar Ridge family to get away for an overnight adventure, have a shared experience and enjoy all the elements that Sunset has to offer. There will be swimming, s’mores around the campfire, late night activities, rock-climbing/rappelling, games, crafts, worship and so much more.

Cost includes: Lodging, Activities, 3 meals, (& T-shirts if registered by Aug. 1st)

Cost Breakdown:
Early Bird Pricing:
Single Person $45
Family of 2 to 3 People attending: $65
Family of 4 or more attending: $75

Dates for Price Increase:
After July 17 (3-weeks out):
Single Person: $55 ($10 increase)
Couple: $80 ($15 increase)
Family: $95 ($20 Increase)

After July 31st (Week of):
Single Person: $65 ($20 Increase), Couple $90 ($25 increase), Family: $105 ($30 Increase)

Registration Closes: Aug. 4th

Lodging:

Men and boys will sleep in the men’s cabins; women and girls will sleep in the women’s cabins. Please plan on having a same-sex guardian for all minor children. Limited private accommodations are available on a first-come/first-served basis. In addition, there are a handful of RV hookups. T-Shirts

Family Camp t-shirts are included with your registration. Be sure to indicate how many of each size you’d like for your family. Sizes range from Youth: small, medium, and large to Adult: small, medium, large, X-large, and 2X.

*First 4 Rookie families to sign up (i.e. Have not been to Family Camp with us in the past 2 years) will receive a bonus T-shirts.

Schedule

Friday:
Check-in starting at 5:00-6:30 (In Dining Hall)
6:30- Dinner (Hot Dogs, Tater Tots, and cookies)
7:30 – Late Night Activities (Ex: Late Night Swim, Extreme S’Mores Bar around campfire, corn-hole, optional movie

Saturday: (Breakfast, Lunch & end before Dinner)
8:30 – Breakfast (Come & Go) French Toast Sticks and sausage biscuit, and fruit
9:30 – Worship & Family Devo
-Group Photo after Worship & Devo
10:30 – Family Activities – Various guided stations/activities for families to do together
Noon – Lunch (Sandwiches / Chips / Dessert)
1:00 – 4:00 -Pool open, Lake, fishing, Rock Wall, Zip-line at lake,
4:00 – Clean up/Pack Up/Clean Dorms
4:30-ish – Closing Prayer Circle (Pavillion)

What to bring to camp
Clothes (old clothes, shoes, swimsuits are best)

Serve-N-Swim: June 1 & July 6

Serve-N-Swim – is for Middle School Students (6th-8th Grade) throughout the Summer.  We will serve a local organization in the morning and then grab lunch together and then head to a community pool in the Broken Arrow area.

Students will need to bring money for lunch, $5 for the pool and swimsuit and towel.

Serve-N-Swim Dates are as follows:

June 1st: TBD

July 6th: We are serving at the Oklahoma Food Bank – this date requires a volunteer form to be filled out….you can CLICK HERE to do so.
The site will ask you to:

you will then be able to see your scheduled event and click SIGN UP
IF YOUR PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN HERE ALREADY, THEN THEY NEED ONLY USE THE LINK TO SIGN UP (by signing in. If you haven’t click ‘create new account’).  PLEASE REMIND YOUR GROUP THAT CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR WORKING IN THE VOLUNTEER CENTER.

*July 25-July 28th: Paint The Town (Paint The Town will be a separate 3-day event that will also double as our last Serve-N-Swim because one of the days we will take a break from painting and go swimming).
